SMS Banking

SMS Banking — a range of information services provided to holders of Ukrsotsbank international payment cards via SMS. Round-the-clock information system allows reduce the risk of unauthorized use of your card funds and monitor their use.
SMS containing prompt data on your card account, on the operations that were carried out using your cards and cards of additional holders.

SMS Banking Features:

• Receiving messages on:
  • available balance on the card/account;
  • money movement on the card account;
  • history of operations on the card/account;
  • accrued interests on the Saving+ card account;
  • replenishment/cancellation of the card account;
  • overdue debt;
  • setting or change of credit limit;
  • the expiration of the card.
• Active Operations:
  • request of the available balance on the card/account;
  • receiving mini-statements on the card of the client;
  • request of a list of available transactions on the card/account;
  • card blocking.
• Payments and Additional Services:
  • money transfer between cards;
  • purchase of vouchers of all mobile operators, IP telephony or Internet;
  • money transfer to Saving+ Account;
  • money transfer from Saving+ Account.

How to Subscribe to the Service:

• Call to the Contact Center and connect to the service
• You can also connect to the service, by visiting the nearest Ukrsotsbank branch and filling an application for connection to the SMS Banking. You can indicate additional cards of additional holders to give them a limited set of services. The service is activated within three working days from the time of application submission.

In order to control your card account via SMS Banking, you should use one-time passwords which are available only in ATMs of Ukrsotsbank. To get passwords you should:

• insert the card in the ATM and enter your PIN code;
• select Other Services in the main menu;
• select the List of One-Time Passwords in Other Services menu.

The service is provided for the validity term of the card. In the case of reissuing of the card you have to submit a new application for using the service.

The fee for the use of SMS Banking services:

Fee for the use of SMS Banking is UAH 3.00 (or USD 0.4, or EUR 0.3) per month and carried out by the automatic cancellation of this amount from your account. The service is available to subscribers of MTS, Sim-Sim, Jeans, Kyivstar, Ace & Base, DJUICE, Life:), Beeline, PeopleNet mobile operators.

Operations on card accounts management carried out via the SMS Banking are free of charge*. A fee is charged for using payment cards.

*The only charged service is a request for mini-statement on the card account made via the SMS Banking, the fee for the use of which is UAH 0.5/USD 0,1/EUR 0,1.
