- 250 000 dollars for the purchase (investment) of real estate in other regions.
Loan security:
- With the prepayment from 0 to 29.9% of the cost of housing: 1) security of buying (investing) real estate, 2) an additional security of other real property buildings (own or of a surety), with estimated cost at least 30% of the cost of buying (investing) real estate.
- With the prepayment of 30% or more of the cost of housing: only security of buying (investing) real estate.
