To arrange complex financing the bank offers conclusion of general agreements on the financing of enterprises, which include wide range of services (one-time loan, overdraft and credit lines, bills of exchange, factoring, etc.). The advantage of general agreement is a cost saving in pledge registration for the client (especially if the contract is subject of notarization), since there is no need in new agreements of pledges at the conclusion of additional agreements under general agreement. The second advantage is the simplified procedure for concordance of making new additional agreements about granting of loan products under the general agreement (in comparison with obtaining new loans), as common limit of the general contract is already determined.
