Ukrsotsbank started work with a new project on improvement the clients’ service quality in 2008. Such projects Bank implements for the fourth consecutive year. The main purpose of these activities is to verify and improve the quality of the bank service on all parameters. All the Bank branches participate in quality control projects.
According to the results of the project 2007, the best managers the project winners were awarded diplomas, cups and cash prizes. Ukrsotsbank also held a series of trainings and training seminars to enhance the skills of its managers on the Bank network.

Our task is not only offer the client complete list of the highest quality of banking services but also the most convenient and comfortable process for obtaining these services. In our bank branches we focus on convenience of services. Ukrsotsbank constantly monitors such necessary things as the availability and convenience of seats, ease of movement of clients in the office, the availability of easy access to information about banking services and offers, the exterior attractiveness of offices. The bank controls even compliance with such things as appropriate lighting and temperature (which, of course, relevant especially during the summer season) ", - said Head of Ukrsotsbank Marketing Research Department, Iryna Chernyshova.
To get objective results of the project the Bank attracts external leading companies that specialize in conducting such measures. In 2008 the service quality control project holds one of the market leaders - 4Service specialized company. It is one of the largest providers of Mystery Shopping in Eastern Europe.
JSCB Ukrsotsbank was established in September 1990. At present, it is among the largest banks in Ukraine. The branch network of the Bank comprises 508 offices – 481 off-balance offices and 27 regional branches. The number of employees exceeds 10 000.
On 23rd of January 2008, UniCredit Group finalized the acquisition of 94,2% total shareholders capital of Ukrsotsbank from the group of investors that were represented by international consulting company EastOne (shareholders’ saler) through Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG (BA-CA), which is responsible for commercial banking activity in CEE.
